Appointment Information

How can I make a tutoring appointment?

Sign up online! You will receive an email shortly thereafter to confirm your appointment.

Limit of one 30-minute session per day, two per week. Students with letters on file with Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) or who are English Language Learners may sign up for two consecutive sessions at a time.

What if I don't have an appointment?

You are welcome to drop-in and meet with a tutor as long as no one is signed up for that time.

Cancellation policies

You may cancel an appointment via email, phone, or in person.

If you're ten minutes late, your tutor may cancel your appointment and give the time slot to a drop-in student.

Missing three appointments puts you on our "no show " list. You may still drop-in, but may not reserve appointments in advance. This condition remains in effect for the rest of the semester.
