Mills College is now offering Electronic Billing (eBilling). eBilling will enable you to view, print and download your billing statement from the Web and submit payments online. You will also be able to authorize any third party to receive a copy of your eBill by creating an authorized user account. You will be notified by email when a bill is available for viewing. If you enroll in eBilling, paper bills will no longer be sent unless you have made special arrangements by contacting the M Center. 

Authorized bill payers will be able to make safe and secure payments online. Payment options include payment through credit card or withdrawal from a checking or savings account.

Registration for eBilling is now available.  Please follow these instructions to complete the registration process:

1. Go to the Mills eBilling website: https://secure3.i-doxs.net/mills/
2. Select “New Users” and click on the “Enroll” button.
3. Enter all the required information (marked with an*) on the enrollment form, including your User ID and Password. This will be the User ID and password you will use to view your bill on this website.
4. Your account number is your school ID that begins with the letter A or B followed by 8 digits.
5. Enter a mailing address and be sure to include the email address where you would like to receive notifications when a new eBill is available to view.
6. Select the “Enroll” button once all your information is entered.

To authorize and register additional individuals to view your bill*:

1. Login to your account
2. Click on “My Profile” in the menu
3. Click on the section labeled “Shared Access”
4. Select “Add Shared Access” and enter all required information for the new user.

*Note: this feature will become available after you have received your first eBill.

You can enroll in eBilling at any time. By registering now, your next eBill will be available in September 2009. Once you enroll in eBilling, paper bills will no longer be sent.
