Mills offers a variety of safety and transportation programs to assist students on campus. Our Department of Public Safety provides 24/7 crime prevention and safety services. Dedicated officers monitor campus traffic, patrol the grounds, respond to emergencies, and secure campus buildings. As part of the campus crime prevention program, Public Safety will also escort you to your car or your residence hall in the evening hours upon request.

To explore the world outside of the campus gates, hop on the Mills shuttle. The shuttle runs seven days a week during the academic year, stopping at the Rockridge BART station, Sproul Plaza, and the UC Berkeley Tang Health Service. The shuttle connects you with some of the exciting cultural and social events in the Bay Area.
