Mission Statement
The mission of Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) is to assist our students in attaining greater knowledge about themselves and their relationships with others, to identify their strengths, and some of the challenges they face in making healthy and meaningful choices and achieving personal and academic success at Mills College. Toward that end, CPS offers confidential counseling, psycho-education and outreach, crisis intervention, faculty and staff consulation, campus resources, and community referrals. CPS is committed to a holistic concept of individual development and a multicultural perspective on personal and social transformation.
