Children's School Take a Virtual Tour of Mills

Mills students are often treated to a pleasant but unusual sound for a college campus—the laughter of small kids playing at our innovative, on-campus Children’s School. Founded in 1926, the Children’s School is the oldest laboratory school west of the Mississippi River. The school is staffed by permanent master teachers who are assisted in the classroom by Mills graduate education students. Offerings include an infant/toddler program, two preschool programs, and a K-5 elementary school. The Children’s School is open to the public in addition to children of Mills students, faculty, and staff.
