Occupancy Periods

Occupancy periods are determined by type of residence. In general, all residence halls are closed during winter recess but are open for Thanksgiving holiday and Spring Break. Ross House, Prospect Hill Apartments, the Larsen House Co-op, and some of the Courtyard Townhouses are open during the academic year (including the winter recess) and closed for Summer Break. The Underwood Apartments and some of the Courtyard Townhouses are open year-round.
