Mission Statement

Welcome to Student Diversity Programs (SDP). The Mission of SDP is to create learning, knowledge, and understanding of social identity development and social justice issues, thereby resulting in an inclusive and supportive Mills community where each voice is heard and each person believes they belong.

The SDP office is small, but our goals and work for the Mills College campus are large and important! In order to build true community, we need active participation from everyone at Mills. We need you. Come to the Office of Student Diversity Programs and let's build a community together!
