The Employee Services Office provides support to all Mills College functional departments with the management of their job positions and employees. Employee Services is comprised of Benefits Management, Human Resources, Payroll Services, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Human Resources Information System and Data Management, Management and Employee Training, Compliance, and Safety.
