Reinhardt Alumnae House, located on the beautiful Mills College campus, can be rented for wedding receptions, meetings, birthday parties, or other special occasions. Built in 1949 through alumnae donations, the Aurelia Henry Reinhardt Alumnae House was designed by architect Clarence Mayhew. Accommodating groups of up to 150 people, Reinhardt Alumnae House features a large living room, a patio, a lawn with outdoor lighting, and a service kitchen. The Alumnae House is accessible and is equipped with a unisex accessible restroom and a women's restroom.
The living room measures approximately 1, 268 square feet, and features hardwood floors, two fireplaces, large and picturesque windows, direct access to a 235 square foot patio, and a beautiful lawn and garden.
The small service kitchen has a microwave oven, refrigerator, gas stove with a digital oven, and plenty of counter space for your catering needs. We recommend using our on-site caterer, Bon Appetit. The Bon Appetit catering manager can be reached at 510.430.3339.
Reinhardt Alumnae House offers unique features that facilities of similar size may not have, such as rental dates with ten-hours time periods. We also have free parking on the campus.
